Policy for Sugar Cookies

ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT 
Once request is submitted, availability and quote will be provided for your event through email.
Upon agreement of designs and pricing, a deposit (or full payment) will be needed to hold the date. This deposit is non-transferable to another date. 
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to pick up date. 

CANCELLATIONS 
There is a cancellation fee of $20. 
If your order is already in process, payment is non refundable. 
For holiday cookies, once payment is received, it is non refundable. 

Refund Policy for Cookie Cutters/ Supplies

*Cancellations will be accepted if your order is not in process yet.

*Every cutter is custom 3D printed, we do not accept returns/exchanges.

Cutters are damaged due to improper care or improper storage will not be replaced.
Cutters are printed with PLA materials which need to be avoid all heat.

*Please check all processing time information prior to placing an order.

*Please check all sizing information prior to ordering as we do not allow exchanges or return due to wrong size ordered. Please feel free to message me about the exact sizing.

*Please double check all shipping information before placing your order. We cannot cancel a shipping label once it is shipped. Buyer is responsible for submitting an incorrect address.
